1. No Refunds on Purchases
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and details before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions: Our Error or Defective Products
We will only consider refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Product Defect: If you receive an item that is proven to be defective upon delivery.
- Incorrect Item Received: If we send you the wrong item.
If you believe your item falls under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@breakthroughproducts.io with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or evidence showing the defect or error
3. Verification and Approval Process
Once we receive your request, we will review the provided information and notify you of the status of your claim. If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on availability and our discretion. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process approved claims.
4. Shipping Costs
In cases where we are at fault (such as incorrect or defective items), we will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and for sending a replacement, if applicable. If we approve a refund, it will include any initial shipping fees you may have paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable in all other cases.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear
